Location: Stark County Health Department Reportative Health & Wellness Clinic
Clinics are held on Wednesdays 9:00 am - 11:00 am and Thursdays 8:30 a.m. –3:30 p.m. by appointment
Who: Women in need of basic gynecological care. Men in need of sexual health services. Staffed by a Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurses. MD available for Nurse Practitioner to consult with. Those 18 years of age and younger may also use our services without a parent or legal guardian present.
What: Pap tests; STD checks; cholesterol, thyroid and glucose screening; birth control; health education; blood pressure and weight; breast exams; genital exams; family planning; pregnancy tests and other services including mammogram referrals.
What to bring: Picture ID, Insurance Card and/or Pay Stub. Our clinic is sliding fee scale based on your income and household. If you have no source of income, you will not be turned away.
Things to keep in mind: If you would like to start birth control, please abstain from sexual intercourse for at least 7 days before your appointment, or be within 5 days of starting your period. Don’t put anything in your vagina 24 hours before your appointment (including having sex, creams or lubricants, and no douching).
